Welcome to our first event for Phoenix Photographic Explorers! At our initial meet and greet, we will discuss our goals for future meetups with our members. Bring your business cards, portfolios, and anything else you'd like to share and network with fellow photographers in your area.

Don't have a portfolio, not a problem, we're here to give you advice to help you build one while learning to refine your style photography as part of your membership to our group.

This initial meet-up will also focus on “it's all about photography, sharing our passions for the craft.” We will give you ideas for future meet-ups, but you get to choose what the group wants to cover and what special guests you'd like to appear at very minimal costs to the groups. It's your group, we are here to make it happen while sharing our expertise in photography and what it takes to get published. Come join us!

Our initial meetup is being held at the Shea Estate, a 8,000+ square foot mansion in Scottsdale. Please RSVP as soon as possible if you have not already done so. Also, we have a thread started at www.photomeetups.com under the Phoenix group so that you can introduce yourself prior to our meetup.
