Rio Mirage Cafe in El Mirage is located on the access/frontage road between Greenway and Thunderbird Roads, on the southeast side of Grand Avenue, where the railroad track crosses Grand Ave. It’s difficult to find, but just look for El Mirage Road and Grand Ave. Use the Food City or the Primrose light to get on the access road.
